Energy Healing
Energy healing is less about “fixing” and more about remembering the wholeness that has always been within you. We are made of energy — rivers of light that carry our stories, our joys, and sometimes, the heaviness we’ve been holding for far too long. Trauma, stress, and unprocessed emotions can weave themselves into these energetic threads, creating blockages that leave us feeling disconnected from our own bodies and cycles.
Energy healing gently clears and rebalances this field. It speaks to the deepest part of you — the part beyond words — and invites harmony back into your body, mind, and spirit. In session, I become a channel for universal life force energy, holding a sacred space where you can soften, release, and come home to yourself.
This work moves at the pace of your soul. Sometimes it feels like deep stillness, other times like a wave of warmth or emotion moving through you. Clients often describe it as being “remembered by the earth,” or as if something ancient and wise within them has awakened.
For women, especially, energy healing is a way to reconnect with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the womb — to feel held in the great cycle of birth, death, and renewal. It’s a return to belonging, to trust, and to the sacredness of your own being.
Intuitive Readings
An intuitive reading is a conversation with your soul — a way of listening beneath the noise of daily life to hear the quiet truth that lives within you. When we slow down and attune to this subtle guidance, what has felt confusing or heavy often begins to soften, revealing the next right step on your path.
In our session, I open myself to Spirit, Source, and the wisdom of your own energy field. I many use divination cards or other tools to connect deeper. Through images, sensations, and messages that arise, I reflect back what your soul most wants you to know. This isn’t about predicting the future — it’s about reconnecting you to your inner compass, the deep knowing that you may have forgotten but have always carried.
An intuitive reading can bring clarity around life transitions, relationships, or your sacred path. It can illuminate patterns, affirm what your heart already senses, and offer comfort when you feel untethered. Many people describe the experience as feeling profoundly seen — not just for who they are now, but for who they are becoming.
