Once you purchase the course, you will receive access to your unique log in for the online portal.
Once logged in you will be able to see the welcome and all the prep for what is to come in the following weeks!
At the beginning of each cycle you will have access to the current phase that you will be learning about. We begin a new cycle every 2 weeks so you will receive access on Monday and we will have our live call that same week. This give you a chance to dive into the material yourself before we journey deeper into it together later in the week.
Each module will have live videos, embodiment practises, guided journeys, playlists and more that will connect you to the phase of the cycle we are currently learning about.
Each module is released every 2 weeks for a total of 8 weeks together.
You have access to me through email anytime throughout the 8 week course!
I am happy to answer any questions or support you in any way that you may need.
I also offer my 1 - 1 sessions at a discounted rate as you are going through the program if that is something you are interested in as we go.
I have 2 options for payment. 1 pay in full or 2 payments over the 8 weeks.
